Beginners Welcomed.
Adult CardioTennis classes are designed to combine tennis drills with a high energy workout. Each session includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down intervals. Drills are geared for players with little or no experience.
All classes are 60 minutes.
All equipment is provided.
