I'm looking for a parrot that already talk for my mom. I willing to pay up to 600 for the right parrot so I won't have to teach it to talk myself. She's very specific and will not go for one that doesn't talk yet or just knows a few words. I am not interested in any kind of scams so i will not agree to any birds coming from outside of the US or any shipping arrangements. The bird must be in the New York area or New Jersey. I really don't care about the sex of it either but It has to be a medium size to lard parrot as she already have parakeets and is not interested in getting another small one. Color is not of concern either as she just wants a companion she can talk to. If you have one hit me up, if you're looking to scam anyone don't bother.
