You can learn traditional drawing and oil painting with tailored one-on one lessons in your own home or studio. Lessons are typically two hours and include a brief, relevant lecture and then actual dawing or painting practice. Whether it be still life, portraits, human figure or landscsapes, you can determine the learning pace and can stay within your budget by choosing lessons anywhere from once per month or up to twice per week. Students must be 16 years of age or older. About the Instructor Native New Yorker David Reuss is an executive board member at New York City’s Society of Illustrators. David is also an award-winning member of the famous Salmagundi Club, where he serves as the Third Vice-President. David has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts and has a Master of Professional Studies from Pratt Institute in Arts and Cultural Management.
