Ages 5-adult professional -Teacher has two degrees in percussion/drumming, and over 10 years experience -Experience with special needs -Professional full time musician -Grew up in the rock/jazz tradition but also classically trained on the highest level -Worked with physical therapists to design a very ergonomic, healthy and efficient approach to technique -Teaches in many area music schools -Positive, flexible, happy and encouraging. Great with kids and will push adults in a productive, buidling way. My goal is to get you as good as I can as quickly as I can under my tutelage, and I am happy to refer you onto different perspectives and teachers if need-be (ie if you want to get heavy/advanced into something that is not my speciality, like samba, I will refer you to a very good brazilian specialist). -I want my students to drum happily on the highest level, achieved at each students unique pace and comfort level.
