This is a beautiful second floor apartment (top floor) in the popular Talleyrand Crescent apartment complex on route 119 in Tarrytown.

Although in Tarrytown, this location is in the highly rated Irvington School District.

Just off of I-287 on Route 119, three block from Route 9 - so easy access to everything: 5 minutes to the Tarrytown or Irvington train stations; 10-15 minutes to the Palasades Mall in Nyack, the Galleria Mall in White Plains and the many great store on Central Avenue from White Plains to Scarsdale; also just minutes to the Saw Mill, Taconic, Sprain and Hutch.

This is a very attractive complex with well taken care of grounds, and all the amenities. This apartment includes a washer and dryer as well as a two car garage, two floors below the unit. We have been living here for over four years and will soon be buying a house - we therefore need to break our lease. The management is allowing us to advertise this apartment so that we can accomplish our move-out more quickly. We have been paying $2160 monthly (including the garage and washer/dryer) our entire time here, but the Managemnet has recently lowered the rent (slower season I guess) so this apartment is even a greater value.

Each of the bedrooms has large windows which overlook the large green-belt behind the complex, and allow you to watch all the beautiful sun-sets. The Living room also has a large window which lets-in the morning sun. These apartments are relatively new so they are very well insulated and thus easy to keep warm in the winter. Window AC units keep it cool in summer. Our electric runs $100 - $175 a month (ConEd), and the water and gas (heating and hot-water) are on a seperate bill for $45 - $60 a month. Nestled in amongst other units, we almost never have to turn the heat on in winter, especially if the dryer and dishwasher are going. Management takes care of all the snow shoveling and clean-up in winter, and all the grounds keeping/gardening the rest of the year. Wall to wall carpeting. Plenty of closet and cabinet space. Room for additional storage in the garage. Pets welcome but I believe there may be an additional charge.
