I'm steadily employed by the city of NY. I'm seeking a one bedroom or junior-4 apartment for my child and me. The price range I can afford is $700-900, preferably with some utilities incl. I'm looking for South Beach, Dongan Hills, Oakwood, New Dorp, Old Town but will consider other areas. I have cats but they are clean and litter-trained. I rather not hear from brokers, unless they can offer half a fee.
