I am, a decent and persistent U.S. Veteran who served honorably in the armed forces during the Cold-War Era and is experiencing too a many socio-economic hardships. I am, straight and not gay ordinary guy who is trying to find either a studio or one bedroom unfurnished apartment in New York City and at the same time starting varous internet or web based businesses in an effort to end poverty and become a self-sufficient person.

A Clean, serious and well manered U.S. Veteran, who keeps to himself and is disabled, seeks either a studio or one bedroom unfurnished apartment with utilities included.

Veteran friendly landlord and or landlady must be able to lease and or accept Housing & Urban Development (HUD) - Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) - NYCHA Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher.

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Homeless Services (DHS) and New York Housing Authority (NYCHA) has partnered to help me (a U.S. Veteran) to obtain suitable and affordable housing.

The United States of America (Uncle Sam), Veterans Affairs (VA) and New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is able and willing to pay, under my name (A disable Veteran), rent up to $1,200.00 or less per month (Guaranteed) via Section 8 Voucher to prevent homelessness while recovering from psychological and or physical disabilities.

Consequently, my personality and self-management style includes, but are not limited to been:

Free of long-term alcohol and or drug use or abuse and or free of anger management history and been a long-term Non-Smoker. I, am neither suicidal nor homicidal nor do I have or have had serious mental health issues involving violence.

Consequently, I neither have (Thank God) serious defects of character or engage in any aberrant behaviour or conduct such as engaging in the following acts:

Engaging in minor and or mayor criminal offenses like stealing or shoplifting, child molestation or abuse, or engaging in sexual offenses like domestic violence or abuse, rape, assault and or other serious deviant behaviours.

Moreover, nor do I engage in criminal activities like starting fires, vandalism, using or selling narcotics (drugs) and or joining gangs and or stealing from the elderly and or the disable, etc.

On the other hand, yes, I do have bad credit ratings and was at least once evicted from an apartment due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my direct control like the primary tenant abandoning the apartment because of been an illegal citizen, poverty, physical and mental disabilities, been long-term unemployable and experiencing homelessness.

However, my strong assets, attitudes, attributes, social endowments, skills, intelligence, positive personaliy traits, Self-Management style and entrepreneer spirit overshadows and compensates for my bad credit, psychological and physical disabilities.

Nonetheless, noting, that a large sum of money or lump-sum in the near future like say winning the million lottery or earnings from a higher than usual income generated from a business, could fix my debts and repair bad credit ratings and improved relationships with my creditors or business associates.

Moreover, in spite of my physical and or psychological disabilities and or limitations, I have started building various Web or Internet based micro enterprises to improve my Quality-Of-Life and boost my income sometime in the very near future to become a self-sufficient person, so I hope.
