Original Haywood Wakefield, circa 1950. All pieces beautifully refinished solid yellow birch with high gloss finish and striking black lacquer accents. Blends beautifully with most any décor and can be the crowning glory to an Art Deco, or 50s retro interior.
Excellent pieces for smaller New York City spaces. Will sell separately.
1) Rare 48” Round dining table and 4 chairs.
Table comes with one 18” black lacquer leaf insert. It seats 4 very comfortably without leaf and 6 comfortably with the insert. (We’ve squeezed 8 for dinner).
4 Chairs are upholstered in black velvet.
2) Credenza w/ China hutch. Perfectly sized 34” wide x 64.5” high. Provides lots of storage in a compact and beautiful piece. Bottom cabinet has one shelf—great for china and/or liquor cabinet. One full width drawer—great for silverware, placemats, napkins, etc. Upper has two adjustable shelves to display your prized pieces behind sliding glass doors.
3) Unique 30” diameter mirror combining clear mirror with vintage Peach tinted pieces for a classic Deco/50s feel. (Clear mirror is new, Peach is cut from vintage mirror.)
