Singles Night is where you can learn, meet, greet and yoga with like minded people.

Singles or Couples...Network... Bring your Business card

and a Smile.





Our goal is to help introduce the world of Healthy Living and Yoga to singles. We hope to provide a relaxed atmosphere where singles can meet, greet and yoga together. The classes last about 2 hours and includes an hour of Beginners Yoga. The rest of the time will be spent meeting other singles, learning about ourselves, Yoga, Healthy Living and how we can make changes in our daily lives to attain our personal and physical goals.

We are committed to building a professional community for singles who are into health and wellness and meeting like minded people. From time to time, special guests and industry leaders will come out and share their wealth of knowledge.

This will be a Monthly Event.

Typical Class include:

Music & Candle lights

15-30 minutes of introductions, learning about benefits of yoga, healthy living & wellness

1 hour long beginners Yoga class - wear loose-fitting clothes (may include partners exercises)

30 minutes of Mix and Mingle, making new friends, sharing health goals and letting the yoga magic work for you

We would like to wrap things up in about 2 hours time. However there are many great restaurants, bars and clubs in the area, so please feel free to go out as a group.
