Description Under direction, is responsible for data entry relative to New Hire transaction, salary information and termination and other information in the Department of Human Resources: coordinates the processing of transactions with the appropriate Department Associates; enters transactions and maintains Master Data in SAP; acts as primary contact assigned to departments of the college to provide support and answer inquires; creates value-added reports; verifies payments to employees; processes administrative supplements to Faculty; provides new employee enrollment paperwork to new hires; completes employment verification forms and letters; answers phone inquires; performs other job related duties as required.
Associate's degree and two years experience in an office environment required; previous experience with SAP or equivalent highly desired; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience in Higher Education or an Academic Medical Center a plus; excellent organization and communication skills.
