Description Under direction, performs administrative support to the Research Integrity and Grants & Contracts Division of Research and Sponsored Programs: maintains and updated database for the Institutional Review Board; creates computer based forms; attends committee meetings; formats minutes to be submitted to the IRB and medical board; generates continuing review requests for protocols; processes renewals and assigns requests for committee reviews answers inquires from investigators regarding the status of IRB protocols; maintains and updates computerized records of all grants and contracts; answers phone inquires; performs other job related duties as required.
High School Diploma and three years customer service experience required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent organization and communication skills.
