Description Under direction, provides administrative support for senior staff members in the Information Technologies Services department: schedules meetings; coordinates the interview process; meets visitors upon arrival; answers phone inquires; coordinates requests from senor staff as it relates to goods and services; assists employees on how to complete forms including payment requisitions and travel reimbursement forms; coordinates services with vendors; monitors and trains work activities of temporary employees; coordinates housing arrangements for consultants and vendors; performs other job related duties as required.
Must have two to three years related work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; must be able to work off-hours and weekends as required; excellent organization and communication skills.
