We seek a dynamic Credit and Collections Manager who has experience within the construction and/or industrial supply industries. If you have at least three years of experience. please read on!


What you need for this position:


You will have at least 3 years of Credit and Collections Management experience.

* Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements

* Strong working knowledge of industrial and/or construction operations


What you'll be doing:


Responsible for managing daily operational activities to ensure required deadlines and initiatives are achieved

* Contact customers by telephone or in writing regarding outstanding accounts receivable

Collect cash on the open accounts which involves calling, e-mailing or faxing the customers to discuss open invoices due for payment.

* Responsible for the review and approval process of new customer accounts established

* Establish and monitor customer credit limits

* Assign accounts to collection agencies/attorneys, track legal accounts

.Provide reports to Management as required regarding Accounts Receivable performance
