-2 years of mortgage or Financial Services sales experience.

-4 year College degree (no exceptions)

-Computer skills, including Calyx Point Software, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.

-Professional, aggressive, sales-oriented individual.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

-Persistent and persuasive in business relations.

-Fluency in Chinese a plus.

-Must have a good background and driving record.

-Able to work in a high stress environment.

-Comfortable with numbers and financial calculations.

-Loan product knowledge.
